Karl Freudenstein, Captain of The FV Reel Electric, grew up fishing the waters of Westport and La Push with his family. Captain Karl strives to provide the best fishing experience for his clients. Fishing excursions include halibut, albacore tuna, salmon, bottom fish, and crabs, too!

The FV Reel Electric
The FV Reel Electric is 35’x11’ fishing charter boat (42’-3” from tip to stern), built in 2018 in Marysville, WA. She is powered by 2-300 hp outboard Yamaha engines with a 25hp kicker.
The Reel Electric has Garmin electronics and all the latest safety equipment. She was built for the open ocean and provides a comfortable, dry, and warm ride to and from the fishing grounds.

It is our goal to provide a safe, wonderful, bountiful, and exciting experience on the water, and to provide an opportunity to catch fish and take home the bounty that is offered to us by our marine areas.

Captain Karl is the owner of The FV Reel Electric. He uses the best fishing equipment to make your experience one you will remember for a lifetime. Captain Karl is USCG certified and licensed, and he is trained in CPR and First Aid.
